Founded by Sruthi in 2022, learningwithsruthi began with a simple belief: students do their best work when they truly understand the material, not when they have memorized their way to the next test.
What began as one tutor working closely with students has grown into a full tutoring practice and a learning platform, all built around that same idea. We have worked with hundreds of students across academics, test prep, and college guidance, and the goal has never changed: help students understand deeply, so the results take care of themselves.
A higher score is the start, not the finish. We care about understanding that lasts past the exam, into the next class and the one after that, because that is what actually helps a student succeed.
Our tutoring is supported by a platform and tools we built ourselves, grounded in the science of learning. We use neuroscience and the psychology of how students learn, together with data analytics and advanced machine learning, not as buzzwords, but to do specific things well.

Sruthi has spent more than twelve years teaching, at tutoring companies, as a university teaching assistant, and as a private tutor and business owner, working with over three hundred students along the way.
Her background spans neuroscience and the psychology of learning, along with statistics, data analytics, and machine learning. She brings all of it together to build science-backed systems and tools that genuinely help students learn the way the brain learns best.
